43% of Today’s College Students NEVER Graduate

Only 57% of today's college students graduate. Think about that for a second. Almost half of those who begin college leave without earning a degree. Sunk costs abound - for the students themselves, sure, but also for second- and third-order stakeholders like universities and colleges, originators of grants and scholarships, state and local governments, potential employers, etc. The economic impact alone of this abysmal metric underscores the desperate need for laser-focused academic and soft-skill development, tailored comprehensive admissions assistance, and substantive, sustained success coaching. Too many of today's young adults are unprepared for what's next. They need a GPS. They need a coach. #nxtuconsulting #nxtuGPS
